been busy for a while...final and such. yesterday started out so fine and ended so disappointing. put the fishhouse out and spent some quality time with the oldest son, then hurried home to watch the vikings fiasco. bad enough getting beat by carolina, but the way we played embarrassed me. if i was a viking, i think i'd stay home today and not show my face to the public, what a joke. those of us old enough remember the false hopes and the crushing letdowns, all four of them. well on the bright side, its one day closer to the twins opener in their new stadium. if the vikings want a stadium, win something and then we'll talk...

well....was last night worth staying up for? Not if you were a Vikings fan. The team looked tired and out of sync, maybe the "stars" speeding tickets were too much of a distraction for the team this week. One thing occured to me last night as i was watching the vikings game, it's no wonder peterson is not having the success rushing the ball he did the last two years. The vikings line looked like a flock of geese going overhead, instead of a straight line with yard and a half line splits (the distance between players). The "V" formation is a great help when pass blocking, but a disaster when you're trying to run block. The "V" formation makes it hard to block on the corners and the close line splits make the middle congested. Peterson is doomed unless the offensive line coach does something about this mess!!!!

class project
“Fishing Fun with Tim” is my business….
It would be a guided fishing business, which would combine my hobby of fishing with the real need to generate an income. I have the boat, transportation to and from the lake, fishing tackle, everything you need to have an enjoyable time out fishing in the boat. I would charge $75 per person for half day of fishing , with $140 per person for a full day fishing. These are the going rates that full-time guides get plus expenses. I would be located out of my home in Wadena Minnesota and would fish any lake within a 45 mile radius. I chose my name because I wanted it to be a fun experience, not an experience where you couldn’t have fun with it.
I went to godaddy.com and can have my website name “fishingfunwithtim.com” for the low price of $10.69. The name “fishing fun” was my first choice, but it turned out that it was a “premium” name which means a lot more $$$$.
